From September 16^thto September 17^th, 2020, The Methodology and Frontier Issues of Russian Historical Studies as the Sub-forum of the 2020 International Conference on The Cooperation of Industry, Education, Research and Application (Changchun) was successfully held at Jilin University. Nearly 600 experts and scholars from more than 60 universities and scientific research institutions in China, andover 10 top Russian historians from Moscow State University and the Russian Academy of Sciences, gathered on the internet to jointly focus on the two countries’ production in the field of Russian historical studies in the post COVIC-19 epidemic era.

The mission of Chinese and Russian historians is not only to clarify historical facts, but also to use historical truths for the people, and more importantly, to further deepen the long-standing friendship between the people from the two countries through cooperation and exchanges. The willingness to cooperate and a strong sense of responsibility of the historians from the two universities of will surely bring the historical studiesto a higher level.
